Il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le monument le plus riche de sa d\u00e9coration. La majolique de type khorezmien aux couleurs noir, blanc et bleu pr\u00e9vaut ici, les images aux contours noirs se trouvent dans les tambourins et encadr\u00e9es \u00e0 double arcade de colonnes et aux trois quarts du portail.\n\nMadrasah a le nom d'un initiateur de sa construction, le dirigeant de Khiva Allakuli Khan. Dans plusieurs khujdras du premier \u00e9tage se trouvait la biblioth\u00e8que municipale fond\u00e9e par Allakuli Khan.
